Have to say I love this picture! Bryce is smiling or laughing at something and Christoper's smile. You can hear the laughter now. What are the boys looking at? Brighton Ski Resort! This is pretty much the crew that loves to go skiing/snowboarding in the fam. We are excluding pops. (do not have a picture.) It is ALWAYS fun to go play out in the snow.

Christmas Traditions
Our little friends love to decorate the Christmas houses. Its a complete sug fest. But, hey it's Christmas right?
Love these little friends! Mwah
And here it begins...The Christmas program at school. I love Ashton's little reindeer hat covering his eyes.
Z full of smiles.
Here's the Kindergarten class...
Lady smiled just for her momma with the camera. Yay for us!3rd grade
Ryn with her cute snow hat. 1st grade.
Oh, dear! This is the Ugliest Christmas sweater contest for our family Christmas party. I think Tricia and Jay didn't get the memo. They thought it was just Ugly sweater. :) Here we are...some of us Lyman's. We got really lucky this year and got to have almost everyone here. We were missing Cameron's family who are in Germany. The purpose of the gathering was for Chad and Leah's son Ethan's blessing.
Holy Moly look at those kids! Almost the whole fam! Missing Austin, Cameron's little friends and Mr.E.
We love it when we get to spend time with grandma Lyman. Grandma came over to make sugar cookies and bring the children their Christmas ornaments. (This is a tradition that MY grandma Lyman did for me). I always loved getting them. I have tried to keep all of mine but sadly have lost some along the way.

Putting up the Christmas tree....
After Thanksgiving we always put up our Christmas tree. We got the tree up but did not decorate it until 2 weeks later. We waited for Bryce to decorate it with us. I didn't want to decorate it without my Booa.(even though he told me too). I love this time of year. I love getting out the Christmas ornaments...We have a tradition that we will get a ornament to all the places where we travel. It is so fun to remember the places we have been. When I was a little girl my grandma Lyman gave me a ornament every year. I have tried to keep all of them. I only have a few though...they are the most sacred ones to me...along with our travels. My mother has carried on this tradition with all her grandchildren. It is so fun to reminisce the ones that she already gave and exciting to see the ones she is giving that year. The ornaments were from Germany. (My brother Cameron is living there) They are beautiful and delicate. Made all out of wood.
the children putting up their ornaments....
Ashton loving his ornament
We had the Christmas trees lights on all day and night for the month of December! Thank goodness they were LED! That's when Cole made the couch his permanent bed too! We would sit by the fire with the lights dim and talk. I loved nights like these!
Now we are just waiting for some snow!
And a tree for each of the children's room. I found these tree's for a great deal!! And the ornaments were only $3. Wahoo! I love sales! :) *lady with her doll ( Emily)

A season of gratitude- Thanksgiving
This Thanksgiving we stayed home. My brother Christopher and cousin KC Boyce came for dinner. It was a relaxing peaceful day. I made all the dinner and surprisingly it went really smooth. The children played puzzles and games while Bryce read. Christopher and KC came over around 3. We ate, played games and just relaxed. Bryce has been so dang busy I think he needed a break from things.
Bryce and I have been extremely blessed. We have had MIRACLES come our way. Things that needed to take place... did. I know Heavenly Father listens and loves us. I know that he is there. I know that Jesus Christ died for me and you. That he lived by his word and his example....
The top 20 things that I am grateful for....
1. God
2.Jesus Christ
3. Scriptures
4. Bryce
5. Our children
6. My Family
7. My Westcott Family-(in laws)
8. Freedom
9. Health
10. This INCREDIBLE universe!
11. Education
12. Friends
13. Water
14. Music
15. Transportation
16. Trees
17. Forgiveness
18. Camera's
19.Other people's talents
20.Wisdom.......................
AND SO MUCH MORE!!

Disneyland Adventures
Yay! We are at Dinney land (as what Azure calls it). I would have to agree it's the "happiest place on earth"! This is the ONLY picture we have of COLE! :( We had a neighborhood gathering here. Cole choose to hang out with his friends over 8 children under the age of 8!
Our crew! Bryce and Scott were awesome troopers! This is in Car land. We LOVED this place!! Probably my fav
Bryce with one of the tractors. I love it!
So...all of our friends call me a hippie. I don't know why?! So Bryce had me give a pose with the tie dye surroundings. Peace out dude.
haha. Funny picture. Jess and I were comparing drinks. What one is better?!
Radiator Springs! I love this place! I'm trying to soak it all in with all these pictures
Lady and Eva
Our crew (excluding Colei Pokei)
Ashton loves the movie Car's! Ashton came up to McQueen and told him he was not real because he can see his mike in his mouth. Pretty crushing to the parents who were super excited to have him meet McQueen! But, I'm not surprised. He's a Westcott! To smart for his own britches.
Super cool daddy going on the rides with the kids.
Ugh. Bad news. I decided to go on the swings with the kids. I can see Bryce laughing at me on the ground. I got so dizzy I wanted to pass out. I guess my face was really pale too. So, Bryce had to capture the moment coming off the swing. Here I am. No swings for me...I guess I can't stomach it anymore.
Welcome to Disneyland! One of the most Magical place's on earth!
I thought that this was so sweet. I had to get a picture! Scott, Marli and Meryn
Z, Ashton and I...getting close to ending a very long day!
Rynny and lady
Waiting for a very yummy dinner at the restaurant.
Our children love aquariums
Rynny and Marli
Lady and Eva. So sweet.
Yup. When you have 8 kids and 1/2 of them are riding rides. We will park anywhere and take a break.
Yahoo! I'm riding on the California Screamin. My love got a perfect picture.
Our good friends the Thompson's. Marli, Bo, Scott, Dutch, Jess and Eva.
A perfect ending of a perfect stay! We got to see Santa Claus at Disneyland! The children were so excited!

Z...okay maybe she was not as excited as the others! We had such a great time! Going to Disneyland the week before Thanksgiving was awesome! Hardly any lines! There was no wait on the popular rides. We got on and off quick where we were able to ride them 3 times in a row! It was decorated for Christmas. It was so beautiful. At night by the tea cups (a ride) there would be snow falling, music playing and a firework show. EVERY NIGHT! It was AWESOME! As you can tell I am like a little child when it comes to this place. I was glad to share the excitement with my friend Jess who feels the exact way I do! :) Bryce & I love to see the children so excited about rides, characters, etc. Fun times for our family.
