EASTER AT CANYONLANDS

Where's Coley(can you find Cole)?

Yeah! I finally had 2 hours to post this vacation! We went to Canyon lands, Ut for our Easter spring break. It was so much fun. We arrived the day before Easter. We usually have the Easter bunny hide their baskets but this year we told him to just but their names on it. So, the kids woke up with excitement that the Easter bunny found them in Canyon lands. We had a Easter egg hunt and relaxed all day. We stayed in Canyon lands until Wednesday afternoon. We had such a great time relaxing and EXPLORING Canyon lands! I LOVE it down there!!! We then went to Monticello to see Bryce's brother Todd and his family for the rest of the week. It is the best when you camp in a trailer. It is the ONLY WAY to camp. I'm so grateful that Bryce bought the trailer. He knew he had to so I can stay clean and keep up with my OCD! :) If you have not been to Canyon lands it is a MUST to see!

A ray of SUNLIGHT came into our lives on April 25.2000

Happy Birthday Cole! Your 9! We cannot believe how the time has gone by so fast! It went to fast. Cole is a ray of sunlight in our lives. He has brought much joy and happiness. He is such a tender soul. He is always happy and willing to help. He is a example to us. We are so ever grateful to have him apart of our lives. We love you...Cole, Coley pokey, Soup. This picture is at "BIG JUDD"S" in Idaho. It is a 1 pound burger. Cole could only eat a 1/4 of it...if that.
Bryce and Cole golfing. Cole likes a few sports but his favorite are baseball and golf. I thought this was such a cute picture of these two. (Heise Resort in Idaho.)

Cole and his daddy. Cole loves anything with a MOTOR in it! He has been taught well to ride. (Bryce taught Cole at the age of 3). So, really he has been driving for 6 years!:) One day we were coming home down the mountain and Cole asked "do you smell that"? It smell's so good. Bryce and I both said it smelled like exhaust and Cole said yeah, I know don't you love it? We have found that Cole is not your average kid. He hates pizza and hotdogs. His passion is SUSHI, crab, lobster, and shrimp! He can eat a whole "ulitmate feast" at Red Lobster!
Cole loves "HIS" doggy Shawdow. He sleep's with her at night sometimes and we tease Cole how nasty he smell's when he does. He says he does not care because he loves Shawdow. But, we had to tell him we CARE if he smell's like a DOG!
Cole reminds me of me. If that makes since. He is always making funny faces at me. I do some back at him and we laugh at each other. He has some really good ones. He is always trying to make someone laugh or smile.
He has the most beautiful brown eyes! Just like his daddies.

HapPY BIrthDaY MeRyn

Our beautiful Meryn! She turned 3 on Monday but, this is the only time I could get to the computer. She is always saying I'm a princess mommy. She is too. She is our very obedient child. You ask her to do something she will do it almost always the first time asking. She is very independent. She loves to dress up with the "dress up" clothes or she is using my make up, purse's, shoes or jewelry. She has a very sweet spirit to her. But, If you cross her THAT'S IT... she can be a major pistol. Meryn always tells me I look beautiful every morning (even though I look in the mirror and it's NOT a great site to see!) I do appreciate her unconditional love. We Love you MERYNY!
That is 3 candles...

Ahh the delightful treats!!
Sweet little Meryn

HaPPy BiRtHDaY AlaYDa!

The day started out at 12pm when I took Alayda to get her nails and toes painted. We then went to lunch( Winerschintzel) one of her favorite's. It was fun to go with just her and I (though we did miss daddy being apart of the celebration). Picked up her two favorite girly girl's and headed for Build a bear. We have never been there before and I still can't believe that they have a store like that. It was crazy! The girls had a lot of fun. We then met up with the rest of the family and our close friend's (the Young's) at Boondocks. Oh, my heck the kids had a blast! It was fun to see them having so much fun. Now, I have to admit that we NORMALLY do not celebrate birthday's like this. We ALL have our birthdays in a 3 month period. So, we have chosen as a family to celebrate every other year taking a big trip as a family for our birthdays and the other year with friends. So, when Alayda told us that is what she wanted to do...I did not think much of it. Until we were at boondocks and realized this was a 9 hour celebration! Oh, well you can be QUEEN for one day out of the year!?Right?!

Let the bear making begin...hmm

Gracie always had a smile ready, obliviously she is use to the camera!:)

This is the end of the night. Almost 7 hrs later! Is this not a great picture of Cole?!
