Lyman Game Night

It was my little brother Cameron and Jessica's sealing on Saturday so all the Lyman's were in town and we got together and "lived it up" with game night. We had a lot of fun. It was good to see everyone. Chad and Christohpher goofing off.
Alayda has been sick with a kidney infection and this is her favorite spot for comfort; her daddy. She still wanted to be apart of the crowd.
Cole loves to stay up and play games with us. I like that he does. Our traditional game is Settlers of Catan.
Here are some of the Lyman's and my cousin Tyler & Brittany.

Merry Christmas & Happy New Year!

So, here it is again...I lost our Sim card to our camera.( I am loosing my mind! I seriously have lost a lot of things lately! Who does that?) We went up to Heber to stay for a week. On Christmas eve we were to take pictures but NO SIM CARD! Our camera takes a different kind unlike the traditional and so we had no luck with getting one at the only place open (7-11). I am lucky I brought the video camera! It was another beautiful snowy Christmas up in Heber we had a great time. My family came up for Christmas eve. My parents and brother stayed with us until Friday. Bryce rented snowmobiles . Cole got plenty of use out of them. He is such a motor head. Our neighbor in Heber is always amazed how well Cole can manoeuvre a machine.( Cole rides his motorcycle, 4 wheeler, rhino, riding lawn mower around) What do I say to that? I just let him know his father taught him to ride since he was 4! I have nothing to do with it. He is really good at it though. I enjoy watching him. Okay, so I got off track... We had a very QUITE New Years. We got the babies to sleep by 7. I got everything ready to party and I came into the room and Bryce, Cole and Alayda were asleep! Are you kidding me? I was glad that Bryce woke up around 10 and finished the year off! Lots of New Year resolutions...I am really trying to accomplish them this year...So far so good.

Dear SaNta ClaUs,

Our letters to Mr. Santa ClaUs. This was our family home evening night. We had a lot of fun other than me bombing the cookies!:(
After making our Santa letters and cookies. The kids and Bryce sat down for some delicious hot chocolate.
Here we are making cookies. What great helpers!
So here are the nasty cookies we made...the one good thing was that the frosting was good. I don't know what happened! When we opened the oven they were connected into one big cookie. So, with disappointment Cole came up with a great idea. We cut the cookies back into shape. Great thinking Cole! HELP! I need a new sugar cookie recipe. I really boomed that one! Back to the good O'l days of Charlie Brown's Chistmas...We forgot how funny this show was! I laughed really hard. Luckily, the kids liked the show too!

Christmas lights at Temple Square

Our beautiful Salt Lake Temple. We went to temple square the weekend after Thanksgiving with Bryce's sister Jen and her family. We just took Cole and lady...It was such a warm night. We walked around and took a carriage ride around the grounds and then to top of the night we stopped and got Hot Chocolate.
Cole and Dillon. Lots of people think these two look a like. Good looking boys... you think?

Putnam's on the carriage ride.

Us, REMODELING again?

So, you can call us crazy because we are! We decided to put new floors in. We almost took all the carpet out of the main floor and put wood in. We have one room carpeted and that is ours. We did one room at a time. I think we got in a little over our heads and had to call our "Roll Dogs"in. We had one room to finish but we ran out of time. We had reservations in St. George for the 4 days so we just packed up and left. We were SO looking forward to this vacation! We worked so hard the past 4 days in putting these floors in. We were excited to see the SUN! But, I got so sick. I had one good day in St. George. I was determined that the family still have a good time and made Bryce stay until Sunday when we were to leave. Monday Bryce was to go back to work but I was worse. So poor Bryce took 3 days off to help me, my sister in law came over on Monday (ALL DAY) until 10pm to help out(THANKS AL) so Bryce could finish the last room. Thanks Booa! He worked his tail off! We are grateful to be done! It nearly killed me so...we might take a break on home projects for a bit. You think!
This is the dining room our first room to do. Little did we know what we were getting ourselves into! Here are the end results! Our dining room.
Our Family room. We love the floors it brings a cozy atmosphere to the home. Now I am more of a freak then ever in keeping the children, sippy cups and toys down stairs!
Azure & Ashton's room. It has been fun doing it! I'm almost done.:)
