It's been so long since I have last posted. I have a ton to update. I'll have to get to that in a minute...has been my line for blogging. Two weeks ago Bryce and I got to hear our fav song sung in our ward. It was humbling! The words in this song really speaks to me . I have LEARNED about the power of music both good and bad. I realize the POWER of the music & lyrics that can have a hold on your soul. If my heart could sing....this is what it would say.
Come thou fount of ev'ry blessing,
Tune thy heart to sing thy grace.
Streams of mercy, never ceasing,
Call for songs of loudest praise!
Teach me some melodious sonnet
Sung by flaming tongues above.
Praise the mount, I'm fixed upon it,
Mount of thy redeeming love.
Here I raise my Ebenezer:
Hither by thy help I'm come.
And I hope, by thy good pleasure,
Safely to arrive home.
Prone to wander, Lord I feel it,
Prone to leave the God I love.
Here's my heart, O take and seal it,
Seal it for thy courts above.
Jesus sought me when a stranger,
Wandering from the fold of God.
He to rescue me from danger
Interposed his precious blood.
Prone to wander, Lord I feel it,
Prone to leave the God I love.
Here's my heart, O take and seal it,
Seal it for thy courts above.
O, to grace , how great a deptor,
Daily I'm constrained to be!
May thy goodness,like a fetter,
Bind my wandering heart to thee.
Prone to wander, Lord I feel it,
Prone to leave the God I love.
Here's my heart, O take and seal it.
Seal it for thy courts above.
Seal it for thy courts above!
I don't think there could be more perfect words than this! This is what my heart sings!! I wish I could sing! I would share with the world my love for him! I never thought of myself as stranger to him. I have always known he is there. But, It is up to me to FOLLOW him.
Sometimes you just get caught up in ALL the "day to day" stuff. That you forget to stop and see, smell and ENJOY the tremendous amount of beauty surrounding you. To feel his presence near you...saying he is here.

The COOL 6th graders! This is his last year in elementary! :( Cole did a great job in singing....even if he's to cool for this now! :)
2nd graders are such a blast to watch. Super Cute! Bug was so animated, it was darling.
I am lame at the computer. This was suppose to be a picture of Meryn. I got the twins instead so they will go first. Ashton and Azure's school program. Last year of preschool!
Awe! Too Cute! I love Azure and Ashton's smile...even if Azwa is looking away! She's smiling!
Meryny! The Kindergarten's were so sweet. Super cute! Ryn's reindeer ears kept flopping over. Wahoo! School is out for Christmas now...we can relax for a while!

Ties
There are many times I have walked in on moments like this. Bryce teaching our children. I love it! He is a great teacher and a great companion. I love when he teaches the children about the true principals of the gospel. He is a great leader. I am grateful he is the head of our family. :) I thought it was to precious, not to take a picture. Bryce teaching our son to tie his tie. Cole is upgrading to the "real tie". So long zipper tie! Cole is growing up too fast! It makes us sad. He is such a great kid, with such a tender heart! He works hard at getting good grades, he wakes HIMSELF up at 5am (on school days) to prepare for the day. He can fix about anything! (just like his father) He got 160% in his technology class . How that happens I don't know? He's to smart for his own good! :) We are grateful to be his parents! He keeps us in line in some things which, I'm grateful for. For the most part our children are the examples. He is a blessing to our lives and we are grateful to have you... SOUP, PUP, Colei Pokei for BEING you!

Thanksgiving bliss
Ally...
Dad and Bryce
Spence & mom
Our Thanksgiving was great! On Wednesday night we had a surprise visit from Ally & Spence and their kids. Mom got a few games for the kids and they were elated to play. Our first game...HedbandZ. Super fun! We loved playing with the kids. I think the adults had more laughs then the children. :) Thanksgiving morning was calm and peaceful. Mom made the turkey! Which I was grateful for! NO, thanks in taking care of the bird. EWW. We played games, chatted and simply enjoyed each others company. Not to mention we turned on the Macy's Thanksgiving parade. We got to have grandma Kay over for dinner! That was a treat! We also had my cousin KC Boyce over too. He couldn't make it home for the holidays so we got to enjoy his company too. What a great kid! We really enjoyed the weekend. We are extremely GRATEFUL for our SAVIOR and his example, the scriptures to learn of him, our family and friends who love and support us, Our health, our freedoms, our home and our blessings! WE are grateful for all of these things as we continually strive to serve in righteousness.

Adventures of the CIRCUS
Bryce got tickets for us to go to the Circus! We got front row VIP. The kids have never been to one before so this was fascinating to them. They would not allow us to take pictures of the performances so this is all that I got. (claiming that we got to go.) The performers were awesome. We discovered that the circus brings out quite the crowd! We realized we love being in our cozy area....Highland. :)
