Our St. George Trip

This is the view of the where the Mountain Meadows Massacre happened. We have been here before but Cole was just very young. We stopped and toured around. What a sad part of history.

We love to travel. We love to see the world and explore. We love history. I hope that our children will learn a ton with our travels...That is the one of best ways to learn is to experience it

St. George has some great parks. We had a ton of fun. Bryce had meetings here all week...so we decided to meet with him down in St. George. I was SUPER MOM. I drove the kids to St. George by myself then...took them to the park, a movie and 'wimming" all on my own while Bryce was in his meetings. Yes, this was daring of me but, I did it. So, we have 5 children. So, what. I can't stop living because 5 kids make things a little more complicated. You just keep going...exploring and doing. It's fun, if you make it that way! :)

We have adopted the word "wimming" for swimming in our family. That is what Azure calls it and it is to dang cute to let this word go....Can they stay little for just a little longer??

Happy Birthday to you Meryn! Yeah 4 years old! Meryn got some play make up for her birthday and she LOVES it. So, you can see...She did it herself! So, precious! Meryn is 100% girlie! She loves make up, high heels (mine), singing and dancing , plays with dollies, acts like a mommy all the time. She can be a huge sweetheart and a pistol too. :)

Meryn had a "real" cake on the day of Cole's birthday. We had family in town so we celebrated their birthday's together and this is her cookie on her real bday.

Riding Slick Rock on Spring Break

Bryce and Cole having fun in the river... So, this is what we did for Easter/ Spring break. We went to Moab camping. We had a ton of fun. We went on the jeep safari...took the rhino up on some trails, Bryce and Cole went on Slick Rock trail, had a nice picnic at park with river going through it, went wimming(swimming so Azure call's it) a lot at the resort park we stayed at. Best of all...we got to watch conference! Such a good one too!! Good times! :)
